What is synexeos?
Synexis (συνεχής) is Greek for "continuous". In Greek mythology, Eos (Ηώς) is the goddess of the dawn.

Our Story.
2020 was a great reminder for how quickly things can change. We have all seen that the winners were the people and their businesses that adapted fast. Our world has become more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous - disruption should be expected. Change is accelerating and unceasing.
The thinking of the past will not solve the problems of the future. Three individuals came together from different backgrounds with a common purpose: help people in business to change successfully. In our experience it needs to be holistic, iterative, and continuous. Technology alone won’t create a digital business; People are still at the core of the business, and businesses have to re-think how they create and manage value.
We have witnessed first hand how armies of consultants can have minimal impact. Like the SAS, we assemble the right combination of expertise for the mission, and we focus on the outcomes.

Meet our founders.
David Cannon
Founding Director
David co-leads our consulting practice, responsible for thought leadership, execution quality, and IP development.
He is an ITIL V3 Author and Lead Editor for ITIL 4 Digital & IT Strategy, as well as being ranked by HDI as a global Top 25 Thought Leader.
David has led consulting for BMC, HP and Forrester during his career as one of the top global experts in Service Management and Digital.
Marc Biebuyck
Founding Director
Marc co-leads our consulting practice, responsible for client delivery and consultant network.
He has held senior and executive roles in several global financial services business.
Marc has led large-scale service and organisational transformation programs among other IT and Service Management projects.
He holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and is ITIL V3, ITIL 4, DevOps, and APM (UK) Certified.
